Yes, this could be done, or better yet, just the victim of a cable with RCA connectors at both ends. We only use red or white. Cut the plug on one end and there should be two son inside. The strip shielding and connecting the two in your son.

Its sub-recipient is the starting mono, if you only need 1 cable. If the subwoofer is more recent (less than 6 years) is probably only 1 cable. The blank entry in the subgroup should be the only entry, so that they could not enter into connection.
