Everything I think it could do the following:
Develop a website for the magazine. Now printed in the country you are in, if it for someone outside the country, offers itself as a link ... what connection you select. The construction of this site to see for them, your magazine.
Unless absolutely necessary, you can always pay a web site builder to build your homework web site for you. Most of them payment via PayPal. Includes links, banners, search engines and submitting all sorts of things.
I personally do not like no banners and websites, but see what you are.
It is also recommended if you do, you'll notice that you have the information to be submitted online by the journal. So, do not cost a fortune to send them by sea in the world. It costs only a little, not much!
